Denton is bracing itself for what will be a huge funk party tonight at the Boiler Room. Ivan Neville's Dumpstaphunk is bringing the New Orleans funk to our small community and let's hope we did plenty of pre-concert neck stretches tonight because this is groove music at its finest (see LivinInaWorlGoneMad).

The party begins at 10pm with solid support from some of the best local instrumentalists Denton has to offer. The jammy Fatty Lumpkin will open up the show followed by veterans of UNT's College of Music and creators of the space samba, Moosehound.
